Query Section

One of Via’s strength is its wide range of analyses it offers. Most of the analyses start by querying one of the visualized objects, e.g. a vehicle, a transit stop, a facility. Based on such a selection, additional queries are possible, e.g. the lines serving a transit stop, the number of persons in a facility. All these queries and their results are available in the query section. A separate chapter looks at the available queries in more detail. In addition, the chapters about the different plugins (e.g. the one for the Public Transport plugin) also refer to the queries provided by the respective plugin.
